Teddy, the adored prodigy son of the Thai tycoon and father in-law in The Hangover Part 2, is a 16 year old pre-med student at Stanford. He plays the cello and wears a Stanford sweatshirt that they discover on an old man when they go searching for him after he goes missing.
Awkwafina and Constance Wu the lead character, Rachel, In Crazy Rich Asians, were classmates and became close friends at Stanford.

Orange County, the movie. SoCal partier decides to apply to Stanford after reading a book written by Stanford prof Marcus Skinner. Decides he wants to study under him. Pleads with wealthy father to donate to Stanford to increase his odds of admission (familiar plot). Harold Ramis plays Stanford director of admissions.
Colin Hanks, Jack Black, Catherine O'Hara, Harold Ramis, John Lithgow, Chevy Chase, Lily Tomlin, Leslie Mann, Ben Stiller, Kevin Kline (as fictional Prof Skinner), Mike White (Jack Black's writer).
46% on Rotten Tomatoes, Roger Ebert gave it 3 of 4 stars. Smart movie, did better abroad than domestically. $43.3 mms. gross.

Good Will Hunting. The gifted but deeply troubled Matt Damon, with the help of Robin Williams, finally is able to face his demons and accept that he is capable of loving and being loved. With his transformative breakthrough, Damon packs his bags into his clunker and makes the cross country journey to join his girlfriend, Minnie Driver, who is a graduate student at Stanford University. I like happy endings.

Dakota Johnson's character in the Social Network is a Stanford student when she meets Sean Parker and introduces him to The Facebook.
This is another Aaron Sorkin movie (like The American President) with a Stanford reference.

Double Indemnity (1944); a wife and her lover kill her husband, who is on his way to a Stanford reunion.
Die Hard (1988); Joseph "Joe" Yoshinobu Takagi was the President of Nakatomi Trading; he graduated fom Stanford Law School in 1962.[3]
Beaches (1988); Hillary Whitney studies at Stanford.
Antitrust (2001); Milo Hoffman is a Stanford grad.
High School Musical 3 (2008): Babriella is admitted to Stanford and decides to attend.
The Social Network (2010): Amy is a Stanford student.
Charlie St. Cloud (2010): Charlie originally planed to attend Stanford on a sailing scholarship before his brother dies. Not mentioned is whether the scholarship involved a donation to the program.
