Feel like a football team down by 30 in the 3rd quarter and throwing on every down.

We are "trying" hard but we are only this aggressive now because we are down by 30 points.

Most of the major nations in health care innovation are included in that list.   My guess is China gets the first vaccine, but it will not be particularly effective.   My guess is one of the WARP speed vaccines from the USA will be the first used outside of China.  And that one of the vaccines later in 2021 or even 2022 will be more effective than the WARP speed vaccines.    Just a hunch.

I guess the good news for the rest of the world is that the USA has lots of new cases across the nation.   Proving efficacy of a vaccine in the clinical trials is often difficult if subjects in the study are unlikely to get the virus with or without the vaccine.   Thanks to our economy or bust approach to COVID every company with a decent vaccine candidate will be able to use the USA as the study environment.
