Very skeptical. Have yet to see anything conclusive, just interviews with doctors in some region or the other pontificating that not as many people are dying these days. There's not really a lot of evolutionary selection pressure to make the virus less lethal, since it seems to be most infectious before or at symptom onset. 

The ICU doctors who I've spoken with think the reduction in mortality is likely due to an overall younger cohort and some progress in therapy.
