For those able to fly out of SFO, United just announced that they will be giving rapid covid tests to passengers that are flying directly to Hawaii starting 10/15.

If you test negative, you can skip the 14 day quarantine that Hawaii has been requiring.

Hmmm, maybe not complimentary.  The alternate testing option (mail in self test) appears to require purchase.
