2021 commit flipping to USC? - old spanish trail - 10-04-2020

Josh Moore, our 2nd ranked commit was just offered by SC and Wilfong predicts him for the Trojans. Disastrous year getting worse?

Ask again if/when he confirms.

Unfortunately, 247 Sports is usually pretty accurate on stuff like that. Hopefully the staff can do some damage control.

Of Moore has been accepted big loss. But don’t know if he has.
Samuel?

Samuel?

Moore has been admitted.

USC wants him at WR. Everyone else (including us) at safety.

Then tell him he can be given a shot to play WR.  When he gets on campus, he along with everyone else, can decide where they play.

Too late now.

That's 3 admitted recruits going elsewhere. All 3 to Pac-12 foes, no less. (Aaron Armitage could make 4. He announces next month.)

I found this quote interesting: "Coach Helton and the whole staff were super energetic and that really connected with me," Moore said.

The kid that committed to Cal and Moore.  Who is the third?

Harris, the SC asst., is a force of nature recruiter, but still....looking to be our worst list in years. Hope the 22's aren't scared off.

On the contrary, it appears we've basically turned the page already and are full steam ahead on '22, maintaining communication and building relationships with recruits more (due to the remote situation) than had been the case in the past.

There's also a way to market a bad class ahead of you as an opportunity for early playing time...
