SEC has its first postponement - chrisk - 10-12-2020

Vanderbilt would not have the SEC minimum 53 players for Saturday’s game at Missouri.

It is the 28th FBS game overall to be postponed this fall.

Derek Mason was a much better DC for us than he's been as Vandy's head coach.  I miss those defenses.

Also, without enough players to make the 53 minimum, that's what, ~40 presumptive cases right now?  Ridiculous for a team that should be isolating/quarantining/distancing outside of team practices as much as possible...

The SEC might be close to getting another postponement.     If Florida can't get their mini-outbreak under control THIS postponement will be noticed by quite a few in college football.

If the game is held, I guess this mid-week suspension of activities will give a big gameday advantage to LSU.

Looks like the NFL and the active NCAA teams are having a bit of a problem here in mid-October which is troubling since the bigger challenges are on the horizon in November and December.
