C'mon, man. This is such clickbait and presented without context. I would hardly call someone named by 18% of people the most admired. You have a death cult leader up for vote among hundreds of candidates. The death cult leader is going to accumulate more votes than anyone, given that death cult comprises I don't know 30% of the population.

The only way to do this properly - and Gallup should know this - is to have rounds of voting.  Maybe 18% gets top billing in first round, but there is no way in hell that result would stand up through a bracket of voting rounds. The idea is to bring people into agreement by eliminating nominees through a series of choices.

If there was a least admired person, the same one would win, not only in a first round, but more than likely through a bracket of several rounds also.
