They certainly have more alumni doing well on the PGA Tour today, but let's look at where it really counts - MAJORS and WINS
If you just look at the men, then it's Stanford 24, Cal 1 - Tiger Woods (15), Tom Watson (8), Lawson Little (1), Collin Morikawa (1)
If you include the women, then it's Stanford 14-15, Cal 0 - Mickey Wright (13), Hillary Lumke (1). Not sure Michelle Wie counts since she went to Stanford after she won the US Open.
I don't know how many PGA & LPGA Tour events Cal alums have won, but I'm pretty sure that Tiger alone dwarfs all of them combined, and Mickey Wright won just as many.
Oh, and the men's team is the current defending national champion. 9-1 on those

Regardless we are watching the New Golf. Guys used to have to learn on the minor tours. Now Morikawa, Hovland, Niemann and a flock of others contend in their early twenties. And thin guys hit it 340. Incredible. No place to move the tees back so maybe in PGA events turn the 560 par 5's into par fours and the short par 4's into threes. Or play with a dead ball.

What’s the logic of turning a par five into a par four? Hypothetically wouldn’t you still end up taking the same number of shots.
