Question for Mods - Phogge - 03-04-2021

Does the closing of a baseball trivia question mean that no more MLB and Giants stuff is allowed? Just asking. State college educated so I probably don't know the rules.

I like the baseball posts too.  I don't spend much time on them because a lot of names I've never heard don't mean much to me but they have occasional nuggets and are easy to skim through.  To me, they don't take away from the Stanford character of the board.  They seem to fit the general thread drift character of the site just like threads about music and graphene.

Cheers,
Pete F.

I think BC nailed it. Fun content, but too pervasive at times.

I ignore the threads, but agree with "too pervasive at times"

The mods have met. We agreed to allow the MLB posts, but they must remain in a single thread.
