NCAA Women's Water Polo Tournament - Canalejas - 05-14-2021
The quarterfinals are today. Stanford begins its campaign against Fresno State, winner of a play-in game against Cal Lutheran.

Notice that Berkeley didn't make this tournament, but ASU did. So that's neat.

Stanford and UCLA traded one-point wins at Stanford in late March. Stanford beat UCLA 13-8 on May 1 in the MPSF semis at Tempe.

If you are local in the LA area like me and interested in attending, it's not going to happen. The NCAA and UCLA determined that it would take 2 hours to clean the stadium after each session. No fans allowed today.
They are allowing fans for the final tomorrow where cleaning time will not be an issue. But the only fans in attendance will be family and friends who have been specifically invited by the teams.

Someone should point out that you can divide the stands into two halves. One half is off limits in the first game. The other half is off limits in the 2nd game.

4-4 at the half in this NCAA Semifinal (USC advanced to finals)
I missed the 1Q. UCLA led 4-1 when I turned it on early in the 2Q. Stanford scored 3 straight goals, 2 when a man-up IIRC.
Good play by both goalies.
Coach Tanner got a yellow card in the 2nd Q.
