Or, has Stanford's offensive line never protected against a 3-man rush?
There isn't a greater indictment of an OL than being dominated by a 3-man pass rush.

Yeah, the OL, which was supposed to be one of the strengths of the team, absolutely sucked today.
Hopefully they will get (a lot) better or this may even turn into a worse season than some of the Negative Nellies were predicting.

Agreed, that was a horrific performance by the OL. Had hoped for much better, expected somewhat better. Watching them get bounced around by a three man rush was pretty awful.

Several reasons K-State's defense looked so good:
1. Our Matador-Limburger OL
2. Our HC's decision to start Jack West
3. Our lack of receivers who can get open downfield
4. Our pedestrian gameplan, even when down 3 scores in the second half

Several reasons K-State's defense looked so good:
1. Our Matador-Limburger OL. I think they will get better as the season goes on. They need time to gel.
2. Our HC's decision to start Jack West I doubt that will happen again.
3. Our lack of receivers who can get open downfield. Agreed, though I think it will improve with more conventional start times.
4. Our pedestrian gameplan, even when down 3 scores in the second half. I don't see that improving at all.
