Down 16 9 3rd set. Rotation with Berty, vicini, miner in front row we really struggle

On the plus side, we seem to have fixed the issues we had with serving against Texas: 5 aces and 4 errors (Minn had 9 errors and 4 aces). But that's about it for the positives; we were outhit .329 to .199.

Unless, of course, “fixing” the service issues— that is, making fewer service errors— also meant rendering our overall service game less effective in forcing Minnesota out of system.

Really disappointing; I thought we'd do better against Minnesota. Hope the team can bounce back and take PSU tomorrow.

Berty's hitting technique has regressed over the past two years. She doesn't seem to be capable of putting heat on the ball. Those constant tips are not going to work in conference. Opponents will play her more to tip/roll shot than make a big hit.
Hopefully tomorrow brings some better results for the Cardinal.
