I just can't wait for that non-conference game against *checks notes* Tarleton state.
Still, some tough non-conference matches against Valpo, Baylor, and Texas.

Valpo is not very good, but you'll note their HC is former Stanford standout Matt Lottich.
This year begins the extra 2 Pac-12 conference games, and thus comes the increasing need to pad the OOC schedule with cupcakes, ESPECIALLY considering we have Baylor, Texas, and maybe a good team in the Diamond Head Classic.

Wow! I hadn't heard Lottich was Valpo's head coach, much less that it's his 6th in the position!
Good for Matt, wish him continued success.

Tarleton State is on the rise. It joined the WAC and is transitioning to full D1 status.
It will be eligible for FCS football post-season in 2024.
The school is part of the Texas A&M system.
