Trend continuing for P12? -

This is highly anecdotal but TOS has list of 4-star and 5-star decommits bolting from Oregon and USC and headed for Georgia and Bama. Oh, yes, and Stanford just picked up a 3star who turned down offers from, among others, Arkansas State, Navy, Air Force, Kansas and...Tulane.

Well we had some great success turning 3-stars into college football stars so there is no shame in getting a 3-star. Of course I am talking about when we had some really great player development back in the Harbaugh days (and perhaps the early Shaw days).

Here's a wonderful article on a coach who actually develops his players. Worth a read.

I just heard Nick Saban being interviewed on CGD about how he combats complacency on his teams. His answer was a checklist of everything Shaw isn't doing.

It likely includes the most logical and/or obvious things, but can you humor me and post that "checklist" Saban recited?

Let me ask this again. What did Nick Saban say about avoiding complacency?
