anyone think this contract is a tad high??

Right before MSU is set to get pollaxed by Ohio State.
I like Tucker - but that is a ridiculous contract (forget annual salary, the length alone is silly).

I’m guessing his name was being mentioned as a possible LSU or other big program coach, and he leveraged it into a great contract. Yes, it is ridiculous, but good for him. Given that with two bad years, fans will be calling for his head, he might as well make what he can when the going is good.
