I don't normally root for Oregon but I will this time. While I don't like Oregon's proclivity to assemble free agents, I do have some sympathy for their being cheated out of a national championship by COVID, and Graves is not the scummiest of coaches. But whatever I think of Oregon, they are playing UConn, and that is enough of a reason to turn me into a Duck fan for a day.

Also totally agree. I'll be watching this afternoon and cheering on the Ducks (and I grew up as a Beaver backer, so that's really difficult to do for me). But I still hate that basketball court floor. It looks like it has a skin disease.

Massey has them at 18 now, so I think we are reaching that midpoint of the season when the computers are finally more accurate than the polls.
Massey also has us move up to 2.
Don't look now but Tennessee has only one loss this year--to us, and they are 4 in Massey and 5 in AP.

Oregon ended the first quarter on a 15-4 run.
Unfortunately UConn started the quarter with a 10-0 run, so the Ducks are up only 15-14.

The zone stymied Oregon for the first couple of minutes, leading to UConn starting up 10-0, but then Oregon found the soft spots. Paopao scored on drives and three pointers, while Prince got into the middle and feasted on midrange turnaround shots.

Prince is very good, but we have handled her so far. Oregon is just annihilating ESPNconn. They are missing Bueckers, Fudd and Williams. We would have big trouble vs Ore today without Lexie, Lacie and Jones. But....still. Wouldn't be behind by 20. Good for Pac
