Baseball: D1baseball forecasts 64 team bracket - TonyLima - 04-06-2022

Not posting the whole thing because copyright. Pac-12 gets five teams. Arizona, UCLA, Oregon State get national seeds, host regionals. Stanford, Oregon get #2 seeds in their regional. Here are those five brackets.

At this point I'd be happy with a 2 seed and hosting a regional. While this team is certainly capable of winning a series against anyone in the country, they also have a number of issues which I didn't expect : below average defense, spotty relief, no closer, anemic offense. Hope at least some of those can be fixed before we get much deeper into the season.

Outside of the Pac-12, they're not kind to western teams.  They have: 
Pac-12: Stanford, Arizona, UCLA, Oregon, Oregon State
WCC: Gonzaga, San Diego
Big West: Cal Poly, UC Santa Barbara*
WAC: Grand Canyon
Mountain West: Nevada*

* Currently ranked outside the Top 64 RPI baseball teams

Western teams currently ranked in the top 64 not projected to be tournament teams include:
#30 Northridge State
#53 Pepperdine
#58 BYU
#64 Santa Clara
