Big 16 goes first but both the Big 16 and China have buyers remorse.
Big 16 gets a first had look at the domers book value and sees how overvalued and unsustainable and the Pope tells them to look to someone else for $$$.
China discovers that Taiwan controls all of China's crypto currency and internet financial access and tells China leave town and go annex Russia.
