TreeCast w/Brycen Tremayne & Sam Schwartzstein - troyc - 09-08-2022

New TreeCast shines a spotlight on Stanford-USC! Two special guests: WR Brycen Tremayne takes us inside the Stanford offense, the stacked receiver room, and his road back from injury; and former Stanford C Sam Schwartzstein — who never lost to USC — looks back at one particularly satisfying win over the Trojans in 2012. Plus, 3 Things you need to know...and why I can tell David Shaw's confidence level is especially high this week.

Stanford vs. USC does not seem to have as much anticipation and significance when played in week 2 or 3 compared with mid to late October. Stanford has not played USC at home in front of the students since 2010! All games at Stanford since them have been played before school started.

Also of note - USC has only won at Stanford once (2014) since 2008.

I'm clinging to this statement like my life depended on it. :)
