I literally forgot we had a game tonight until at 7:40 PM when I was scrolling through the channel guide and saw "Stanford vs. BYU."  My first thought was that it was a volleyball match.

well that didnt take long

RE: FOOTBALL: OUR FINAL GAME THREAD - martyup - 11-26-2022

We kicked off.  BYU ran through us like shit through a goose and scored.  The rout is on.  Looks like we didn't show up to play.  No big surprise.

First offensive drive stalls in the red zone and Karty kicks a FG.  Sound familiar?

BYU is averaging 14.4 yards per rush. This is BYU folks.

Is Bailey out?

RE: FOOTBALL: OUR FINAL GAME THREAD - ADPinWDC - 11-26-2022

Karty good for another slate of 5 FGs.
BYU good for 5 TDs+ with their run-pass combos on our beleaguered Defense rated 10th in Pac12

If Bailey watched SC then he’s probably in the portal.

Caleb Williams is what the Niners hope Lance can be. Not going to happen.

RE: FOOTBALL: OUR FINAL GAME THREAD - martyup - 11-26-2022

Why is BYU passing?  Are they just bored with running through our defense?

RE: FOOTBALL: OUR FINAL GAME THREAD - qwerty49 - 11-26-2022

Why is BYU even bothering to try to pass? Their shortest run so far has been for 5 yds.

RE: FOOTBALL: OUR FINAL GAME THREAD - martyup - 11-26-2022

Game back on FS1

RE: FOOTBALL: OUR FINAL GAME THREAD - 82lsju - 11-26-2022

Karty 1 for 1!!!!

RE: FOOTBALL: OUR FINAL GAME THREAD - newguy - 11-26-2022

i am beginning to get concerned.

RE: FOOTBALL: OUR FINAL GAME THREAD - martyup - 11-26-2022

Just in time to see BYU break off a 44 yard run for a TD.  And Shaw just smiles.

Shaw seems to have no clue (or interest) in Defense.
Our Defense looks like we've been watching film of Electric Football from the 1960s

Because he knows that even 3-9 won’t make a ripple in the pond. After all, 5 yrs doesn’t prove it’s a trend. I’m sure Persis remembers that from engineering school.

By extrapolation
Who had 56 to 12 in the pool predictions?

RE: FOOTBALL: OUR FINAL GAME THREAD - martyup - 11-26-2022

We just need to get the ball over mid-field so Karty can kick field goals.  Let him break records tonight.

RE: FOOTBALL: OUR FINAL GAME THREAD - old spanish trail - 11-26-2022

So far the defense looks lie a pop warner group. On offense, Lieber is trying hard, but...
