The Mexican Army - cardcrimson - 12-30-2022

I’m on the East Coast, and fell asleep at halftime of last nights game between the Huskies and the Longhorns. This morning, I asked Siri who won the Alamo Bowl. She replied “The Mexican Army”. . .

The Mexican army won the first game of the home-and-home exhibition games against the Texians, but quarterback Santa Anna had a career-ending injury, and the Texians won on Bowie's last minute field goal... When the regular season rolled around, the minor league Texians were called up by team owner James K. Polk to the major league regular American army, culminating in Super Bowl MDCCCXLVIII, in a contest which rivaled the 45-point margin of victory by the 49ers over the Broncos in Super Bowl XXIV. Winning quarterback Zachary Taylor had an army of 47% free agents, yet they won handily.

My 7th grade Texas History teacher would disagree.  So would a lot of Texans.  Not me though.

I think Bowie died in his bed. Don't think he resembled Richard Widmark.

Sarkasian goes ballistic when an Alamo bowl staffer gently puts his arm across his chest to make sure they don’t come out of the tunnel until the appointed time:  DONT MFING TOUCH ME MTHRF—KER.  Guess he needed a drink. What a Prince.

I still remember the Stanford game when he complained about something on the sidelines and Haden came running across the end zone so he could get in the officials face along with Sarkassian . SC. Douche bags everywhere you look
