Employing Neurodiverse -

Forgive me for being so way off the topic of anything probably ever seen on this board before, but here goes.
Northeastern University Sustainable Entrepreneurship students are holding a focus group for small and medium sized Employers about hiring neurodiverse (autism, cerebral palsy, etc.) workers. A friend asked me if I knew anyone who could participate in this online event in a Zoom call next Wednesday, Nov. 15 at 8pm ET.
Since this board gets more traffic than my personal network can reach, figured why not post it here. If anyone is interested, they can DM me and I will reply with the Zoom link to join the meeting.

Sounds like a very worthwhile endeavor. I don’t know anyone to participate. But kudos to your friend. And good luck.

My kid is neurodiverse and is entering employment age, so I've been paying a lot of attention to this topic.
If they haven't already done so they may want to reach out to Dr. Lawrence Fung who runs the Stanford Neurodiversity Project (
https://med.stanford.edu/neurodiversity.html)
A couple of other groups they might want to contact are Aascend who often has speakers on employment (
https://www.aascend.org/), and Exceptional Minds which trains neurodiverse people to work in the film industry (
https://exceptional-minds.org/)
