Couple of USA Today articles re WBB - qwerty49 - 03-19-2024

I thought these were interesting.

A bunch of predictions here, including (sigh) that we don't make the Sweet Sixteen:

And this one, by the same author a couple of weeks ago, highlights Polynesian players, including our own Lepolo:

Edit: Sorry for the pop-ups. If you close them you should be able to see the articles.

BRINK and IRIAFEN can only do so much. DEMETRE and the upperclassman guards (LEPOLO, JUMP, BOSGANA, HARRIEL)
will have to make an impact while the freshmen (OGDEN, AGARA, CLARDY) will have to contribute more than they have had.

As for Polynesian WCBB players, the first that comes to mind is Naomi MULITAUAOPELE
because of the brobdingnagian Samoan community in the Seattle area where she grew up.

I especially liked the article highlighting Pilli (posted elsewhere earlier on the cardboard), but re the poll, well, it was wrong! Stanford is heading to Portland!
