Stanford Women’s Volleyball 2025 - Softball Fan - 01-02-2024
I watched the Under Armour High School All America match today.
Malyssa Cawa (2024 libero, Stanford recruit): Cawa played in all five sets. She is a high energy person with plenty of confidence.
Kennedy Osunsanmi, (2024 RS, 6-3, uncommitted): She was committed to UCLA a year ago but apparently de-committed. It would be interesting to hear her story of why she de-committed and why she is taking so long to make a decision. She plays mainly RS and can play MB.

As far as I know Stanford has two scholarship MBs for 2024 and 2025. In 2025 it will be a sophomore and a freshman, Erika Sayer.
And I don't know even know if Sayer is definitely committed to Stanford. In this video she's asked what she's looking for in a college and she says "winning a NC is my one goal in college". Nothing about academics.

As for some of the competition according to prepdigs.com Texas has the #1 and #3 recruits in 2025. Nebraska has the #5 recruit.
IMO we could use Mendelson but we're not going to get her. I don't think Hambly is pursuing her.

She mentioned (on IG) an interview at the website vbadrenaline.com, but it apparently requires a subscription, so I have not read it.
