I think reply review is generally not well done.

The in-game delays and the number of, even after review, unclear outcomes make the entire process a net negative for me.  I think they should either get rid of them or limit the review period to 30 seconds, and even the 30 second reviews should be done not by the officials on the field/court  (such theater) but by reviewers and the outcome communicated to the officials from the reviewers
