2025 NCAA Football Poll - Mick - 08-11-2025
Here's the complete Top 25, just released. ACC teams in bold/red.

Doesn't feel like a super-strong conference to me. Three in the Top 25, five in the next 24, more than half the conference not receiving any Top 25 votes at all (Stanford, Cal, Wake Forest, Boston College, VA Tech, Virginia, Syracuse, North Carolina, NC State).

Not this year, no. But in 2026, when the league essentially restarts, there is one Pac-12 member represented. The current #25 is Boise State.
Little surprised about Washington State not even getting a single vote. They finished 8-5, lost their last three regular season games by seven total points and scored 35 on #21 Syracuse. They don't deserve a single preseason vote?

Not after the guy responsible for their eight win 2024 season (John Mateer) transferred to OK (in addition to the Cougars OC leaving for the same coaching position in Norman).
Sadly, WSU and OSU are nothing more than minor league teams functioning as feeders for the big boys.
