The announcers just said that both Rose and Galvan are in street clothes and not playing. And Nicholson is out. So that's pretty much the heart of the defense on the sidelines.

Matt Rose *and* Galvan in street clothes? Did they run into each other practice making a tackle somehow? Very curious if there's a story as to how both are out.

Not a good start. Wasted opportunity on the missed field goal with good field position. I don't think we can stop them. Could end up being a repeat of the Duke game.

As a fan, I'm ready to quit. Can't imagine what the players are feeling. It's not even the second quarter!

Stanford ran a pretty looking screen! Great job by Warren, Irvin and a couple of linemen. Not a brobdingnagian gainer, but moved the chains and the first real sign of hope the offense can *maybe* figure out the Wake defense.
