Definitely encouraging, but ND this year has the size and (so far) the record to impress.
(I'm pretty puzzled at the team in orange and white playing in Dallas right now. Who are these imposters?)

I was surprised to see the halftime score of the team in orange's game. The 2 points would seem to indicate the team has an excellent defense. The 36 on the opponent's side. Would not.

OU is playing an excellent run game and also has an excellent defense (forced a safety for themselves as well). Geesh.

ND hasn't played a tough schedule, though.

Duke and San Jose State both lost.
Utah State beat San Jose State 49-27, while Virginia Tech rallied for a 40-21 victory.
