Going to guess mostly NFL draft related -- basically all the players who could've left for Stanford did; whereas UCLA and Oregon's guys mostly returned.

As of late June, I think the odds I saw in Vegas were 45:1. It was at a low-rent casino/hotel though, not sure where the odds were coming from. (This was during my trip through southern Utah, where I saw the land of martyup and 61_Shasta.)
