If Shaw does the play calling...how can we say if Pritchard is doing a good job, or not?  If he isn't calling the plays, is he just a glorified consultant who helps work out the game plan and scouts opposing offenses?

I also don't think it would be all that much easier to judge Pritchard if he called plays.
