Admitted she deliberately missed 3 point attempt last game so she could get rebound and triple double
So she keeps her stats in her head during game? Sad

Wbb slightly off topic Ionescu

That may be, but, as those ubiquitous [if slightly annoying] Reese's commercials might say:
Triple-double? Not sorry.
Triple-double? Not sorry.

In the PAC12 finals, five of Ionescu's dozen rebounds came off the O-board, which meant she was crashing. By coach Graves's design, or her competitiveness (or her stats-awareness)? Whatever the case, that strategy left plenty of floor open--and Stanford notched seven fast-break points against Oregon's zero. Final score was 64-57.

I too found it disappointing that she missed intentionally and then admitted it. The comments above prove once again there is no I in TEAM????

You would also have to factor in the number of second-chance points that Oregon scored from Ionescu's offensive rebounds.
She is an immense talent, but she's done a few things recently that have been disappointing.

For the gazillionth time this year, I had to wonder about Kelly leaving in Sabrina and Ruthy as long as he does (even accounting for the short bench). Ruthy didn't look good toward the end of the game, and appeared to be pleading to be taken out.
He's been very, very, very, very lucky...
