The scary thing is, they’re not playing particularly great. They’re 0 for a lot on power plays.
But now you can spread the pool. Under 2 and up 5 goals.

Fantastic! That's team title #124 for the Cardinal.
Does anyone remember how long the Streak has been going now?
Edit: Looks like my question was preemptively answered! Nice.
Stanford now has 6 more NCAA team titles than UCLA.

Picking a venue today was hard, but ultimately opted for soccer.
So sweet to see another NCAA team title even if I had to watch the final minutes in Avaya on a cell phone.
They looked very excited.
They were not in the same academic year but right now Stanford is the defending Water Polo champs in men’s and women’s water polo
Sweet

All Right Now! Although the final was a bit of an anti-climax after the rigged seeding, it's worth noting (since I haven't seen anyone say this) that this is actually our first men's title in water polo since all the way back in 2002 - they had been the runner up five times since, mostly recently last year, and so it's great to get that monkey off their backs. Go Cardinal!
