I believe Senator Tom Tillis is in that small circle too.

That's 5 people that are in a circle that is about 10' in diameter.    Though it is not just where they are sitting, the attendees also mingled pre and post event.   Either way, super spreader event. 

A few things come to mind.   
* President Trump was claiming all of his outdoor events were fine and that he didn't know of anyone that tested positive.   
* A few college football teams were packing quite a few people into their stadiums believing outdoor venues are safe enough.   Sure hope this little case study will get most of them to stop that ASAP.

Barrett had COVID-19 in the summer, so it is very unlikely that she was the source or that she will get it again (but not impossible; there are a handful of documented reinfections).

In a CNN article,  the reason given by the Justice Department was that he had tested negative on Friday. 

Seems many in the White House still put a lot of faith in a negative test. 

Hopefully there's at least physical distancing and masking even if no quarantine.

There is really no reason Barr shouldn't quarantine. He is a lawyer working in a law office.
