I don't think it's Trout. Trout topped out at 45 HRs in 2019. Ohtani had 46 in 2021 and Troy Glaus had 47 in 2000. Glaus holds the Angels single season home run record.

BTW, Stanton...who the Giants didn't sign as a free agent...had 267 HRs for the Marlins and 135 in the six years he's been a Yankee. He's made $167 million from the Yanks.

I won 20 or more games six times and made ten All-Star teams. My lifetime postseason ERA is 1.50 and postseason WHIP is 0.667. My all-star game pitching line is 2-0 with a 0.50 ERA in eight appearances, facing 62 batters in 18 total All Star innings pitched..
And I never finished in the Top Seven in Cy Young voting, though I received MVP votes in seven seasons.
