6'2" and 210lbs. It'd be nice if he grew one more inch or two, but his height should be no issue.
Tavita reeling in a 4-star QB from his neck of the woods. His message may resonate with Polynesian student-athletes.

Read of a few seemingly nice new commitments.
Are we gathering some momentum?

Not really. Out of 68 power 4 schools (which includes Notre Dame), Stanford's 2027 recruiting is currently ranked 54th (in the 247Sports rankings). And the Cardinal is 14th out of 17 in the ACC. Stanford ranks lower because it has fewer commits than many other schools and those commits are of average quality.
Cal on the other hand is currently ranked 21st with 7 four-star commits (vs. Stanford's 1).
I want to be bullish on Stanford football. But nothing that has happened in the off-season has really moved the needle much.

One lesson I took away from the late Shaw era, was that recruitment rankings are not everything. As we would routinely get thrashed by teams that had far inferior recruitment rankings to us. Of course now you really have to look at both recruitment and transfers together to make any sense out of roster ranking. But while recruitment may not be everything, it is a Thing. And while we did get some good looking recruits it does have the feel at this point of having stalled, and at a not very high level. Of course I know nothing what's happening on the inside, but from the outside, is looking "sub optimal" so far to put it politely.

Impressive. Do I understand correctly he kicked a 75 yard FG at a camp?
So new possible 2027 game plan, on receiving kickoff, get one first down, then kick a FG?

A five star placekicker and another 5 star punter. With a 75 yard range, we shouldn't need the punter much.
Put a glide in your stride and a dip in your hip.

Is Bironas still on the team? I thought he was our kicker for the next 3+ years.
