I'm not sure if this has been posted elsewhere on the CARDboard, but, over the past couple of weeks, ESPN's Pac-12 blog has offered a season preview for each Pac-12 team:
http://espn.go.com/blog/pac12/tag/_/name...m-previews
Below I've culled the projected win percentages and chances to win the conference for each team:
UO: .864 win %, 53.3% chance to win the Pac-12
UCLA: .734, 20.2
USC: .711, 10.8
Stanford: .680, 6.2
ASU: .671, 6.5
UW: .607, 0.7
OSU: .590, 0.9
UA: .548, 1.1
WSU: .425, 0.1
UU: .421, 0.2
CU: .362, 0.0
Cal: .313, 0.0
I have no idea what methodology ESPN.com Stats & Information used to generate these data, but I am surprised by the .680 projected winning percentage for Stanford. Over 12 games, that would yield an 8-win season. This seems low to me, but I suppose that's because these days I look at Stanford football through rose-colored glasses.

If there's one thing people have learned in Berkeley, it's that you can't put "Cal football" and "Rose Bowl" in the same sentence. The words just don't fit. You'd be better off linking "covered wagons" with "Mars travel." (Bruce Jenkins, Cal '70, SF Chronicle, Nov. 11, 2017)
