When I applied in 01/02, I think I applied to H,Y,P, Penn, Columbia, Stanford, UCs. I suppose if I didn't have a great state public school system, I may have applied to the other Ivies.
I don't think it's necessarily douchey to apply to, or get into (that's really not his fault is it?) all the Ivies, but having a story written about it would be embarassing I'd think. This kid seems alright. Some of the other kids I've read about would not necessarily be my first choice roommate.
