No, really. Â As a veteran of 3 over 20 years, I feel your pain.
The first hit during a departmental meeting.  My colleagues later said  that I sort of went pale (paler than normal) in mid-sentence, mumbled something about "this meeting is over" and went home.
Not sure the second time is easier. Â The pain is the same, Â you just know what it is, so you don\'t have the additional fear about some alien larva busting out through your abdomen...although that might be a relief compared to a kidney stone. Â
