Uh, what? Both of these are wrong. If you only have 30 seconds left, sure, you need TOs for those, but if you have a minute and a half you sure don't.

The game dynamic would have been different with fewer time outs and more time.  Overall, it would have probably been more favorable, but you never know.  And there was always the possibility that we would have scored too quickly.
