The estimates I've seen put him at $3.2M, which was low compared to his peers. But as far as I know that number is just a wild-ass guess.
We don't typically hire coordinators very often, but given that we managed to land Akina I would assume that we pay them fairly well, and I think they get some other benefits, like on-campus housing.
