from the form 990 (I'm rounding the numbers off)
http://bondholder-information.stanford.e...0_FY14.pdf
Shaw's total comp, as Terry reported earlier, of $2.2m (Johnny Dawkins made almost $1.8m and John Hennessy just over $1.1m) for the year ending 31 Aug 2014
* Reportable compensation from the organization $1.7m
  + base compensation $1.6m
  + bonus or incentive compensation $0.1m
  + other reportable compensation $0.06m
* Estimated amount of other compensation from the organization and related organizations $0.5m
  + Retirement and other deferred compensation $0.475m
  + nontaxable benefits $0.03m
in addition to the compensation above the form 990 calls out
* taxable housing benefit $0.7m
which appears to be a home loan (probably at below market rate)
so I don't think the $2.2m includes money from other activities in the list that Glenn listed
