As far as OOC scheduling, there could be a caveat. You can have no fewer than 1 P5 and no more than 1 FCS OOC opponent on your schedule to be eligible for the playoffs. I think the conferences would enforce that themselves, due to all the money involved. Further, strength of OOC could go a long way toward seeding, as someone else said.
