Not a single goal scored in either semifinal.  Two entire games and four golden goal extra periods and not one goal.  Not exactly a spectacle to tempt  a neophyte soccer watcher to become a fan.  That and an absolutely cavernous empty stadium. 

All that said, I am pleased for the good guys.  We made two silly mistakes during PKs, missing one wide and our goalie letting one in through his hands, and we won anyway.  On to Clemson.
