No, not how to make bombs.Â Just how to have explosive chemical reactions, which is an entirely different thing.Â It would be akin to equating buying fireworks with buying bombs.Â Bombs require a means to deliver the explosive energy so as to cause damage or hurt people, and our goal was to deliver the explosive energy without hurting anyone (especially ourselves).
