A disappointing year may emerge, but really I would expect Stanford to sit in the preseason top 10.

If we win in Pasadena, probably. We'll have the Voldemort runner-up returning, most of our OL, most of our offensive weapons, a lot of our defense. Replacing a QB is tough but no one outside of Stanford appreciates Hogan anyway so that probably won't be seen as a big loss, unlike Luck.

Now, will we be able to justify that ranking with our play? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
