It's what they say they do.

However, up until this year it was mainly something they did on their first TD of each game, at least for a while. Apparently last year Oregon had zero two point conversions (cfbstats includes 2 pt conversions made, I cannot find attempted).

So far this year, one of those advanced stats guys seems to have got hold of the coaches' ear and Oregon has gone for two more often than not. They have only converted on 4 of 11 attempts.
