I think we are running more shotgun this year than in the past, especially in the last two games.  My hypothesis is that it is a reaction to the sacks we gave up against UW.  It seems that some of our linemen were getting beaten so badly that the pass rusher was approaching the QB at the same rate as Burns was dropping back.  With a shotgun, there is at least more time for the QB to see where the rush is coming from.  We are still having trouble, though.
