It sounds like Alabama class is getting full and they don't have a spot for him. This is a tough one to call. Saying the Stanford admission is making his decision very difficult makes it sound like he was set on Auburn.  I want this guy but not necessarily as much as I want Weddington and Warner. I feel like getting all 3 would be greedy.[/quote]

DL is the most difficult position for Stanford to recruit.  Any time Stanford can land a DL coveted by Alabama and Auburn, that is a guy any Stanford fan should want badly.  As for being greedy, the class is quite small.  The margin for error is non-existent. Moreover, I don't see any program Stanford competes against having pangs of guilt for recruiting too many elite prospects.
