Burns looked good enough to start last season, and we know where that went.  His performance in the bowl game should be remembered.  Some players just don't perform well on game days despite how well they may look in practice.  I'm afraid for our team if we have to play Burns.

I hear you. It could be he just isn't a "gamer". It also could be that he needed to take a step back and figure out what the problems were. I am trying to remain un-biased, and see where this goes. I am sure that in the bowl game he didn't expect to play, didn't get any reps, and wasn't ready. The experience of having that happen may have been important.
