Which City are you referring to?  In the 2010 Census, 58.1% of SF's population self-identified as non-white compared to 63.9% self-identifying as non-white in the city of Santa Clara and 71.3% who identify as non-white in San Jose.

San Francisco is a comparatively white place relative to San Jose, Santa Clara or Oakland.  Or did you mean some other City?
